Well here I am, joining the huge avalanche of bloggers. However, not simply because I believe that people are oh-so-interested in my life (it's not that exciting), but to share and record all of the tips, recipes, and ideas that I'm learning in my first few years of marriage. Being a wife is
hard. Are we just naturally supposed to know the best ways to cook every kind of food and the most efficient ways to clean our little abodes? Mine is quite little, but who knew it could be so
huge when you're trying to clean it?? So, if you're newly married like I am (Congrats, by the way) or not, hopefully I can share some things to make your life easier.

Since this is my very first post, a little introduction may be appropriate. My name is Missy, and I married my high-school sweetheart on May 28th, 2011. We dated throughout college and got married three weeks after graduation. We just got our first house this year and with that, our first puppy! His name is Rex and he's an Alaskan Malamute/Shepherd/Retriever mix. He's 8 months old now, and sixty pounds...and is the reason that my house is incessantly in need of cleaning. Well. That's my excuse anyways. He doesn't agree with me about where his toys go though. If I put them in a pile somewhere out of the way, Rex will just go and bring them back to where they belong - the middle of the floor. Other than that though, his worst fault would probably be his obsession with dragging plastic bottles from beside the trash can to the living room. (Or perhaps, his massive gas bombs every ten minutes).
That's all for now, but keep checking back for new recipes, tips, and whatever else.
